By placing an order with GolfImprove, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We have written them as clearly as possible so you know exactly what to expect.

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by GolfImprove.
By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Prices

All prices on our website are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout and may vary by destination.

4. Payment

Payment can be made securely using various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (pay later), and others.

Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method and are estimates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

GolfImprove cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

If you withdraw within this period, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

Extended Return Policy

GolfImprove extends this right by offering a 100-day return period, starting from the day the product is received.

Returned products must:

Be unused and in new condition
Have original tags attached
Be returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty when used normally.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
For example, wear on the ground spike of the product is not covered.

8. Liability

GolfImprove is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper or incorrect use of its products.

Always use our products according to the provided instructions and guidelines.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at info@golfimprove.eu.

We aim to respond promptly and work together to find a suitable solution.

The Golfimprove Timeline

How It All Started

At the end of 2023, I, Thijn Hogeland, started golfing. Soon, I aimed to go pro and began filming my training sessions to improve my technique. But I kept running into the same problem: no tripod worked well for golf.

Training alone? No good angle.
Training with others? Bad camera angles.
Ordering a tripod from the US? Too expensive and without a ground option, making it always unstable on the fairway.

After much frustration, I decided to develop a tripod myself—specially designed for golfers. That’s how Golfimprove was born.

From Idea to Brand

What started as a personal solution quickly grew into a brand. We developed tripods that:
